TENDER BRIEFING:
A Compulsory tender clarification briefing presentation will be held at the Kokstad Town Hall on,
• For F1.5 – F1.8: Construction of concrete sidewalks – Tuesday, 20 February 2024 arrivals at 8:30am for 9:00am.
• For F3.7: Security for works at D604/P608 – Tuesday, 20 February 2024 arrivals at 10:30am for 11:00am.
• For F3.5: Stormwater installation – Wednesday, 20 February 2024 arrivals at 12:30pm
• Pre-tender training will be available – Tuesday, 20February 2024 from 09:45am to 10:30 am, 11:45 – 12:30 and 13:45 –14:30 will be including the following:
- How to complete a tender document
- Rate Breakdown
- Returnable schedule submission.
TENDERER DOCUMENT:
Hard Copies of the tender documents F1.5 – F1.8 will be available for collection from Monday, 12 February 2024, until 22 February 2024 from 10:00am till 16:00pm
Electronic copies of the tender documents F3.5 & F3.7 will be available from Tuesday, 13 February 2024, until 22 February 2024 from 10:00am till 16:00pm
TENDER CLOSING DATE:

Hard Copy Tender collections & submissions can be collected or dropped at the H&I construction site office. No electronic submissions will be accepted.
