Tau Pele Construction (Pty) Ltd invites Accredited Training Providers with the necessary accreditation, competencies and resources to submit RFQs to conduct accredited training of appointed subcontractors’ supervisory staff and labour on Contract SANRAL R.056-067-2020/1 for the SPECIAL MAINTENANCE ON NATIONAL ROUTE R56 SECTION 6 FROM INDWE (KM 0.00) TO ELLIOT (KM 58.30) AND SECTION 7 FROM ELLIOT (KM 0.00) TO MACLEAR (KM 68.51) on behalf of the South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL). This project is in the province of Eastern Cape and in the Emalahleni, Sakhisizwe and Elundini Local Municipalities and the Chris Hani and Joe Gqabi District Municipalities.
Preferences are offered to companies from the targeted areas, namely the Emalahleni, Sakhisizwe and Elundini Local Municipalities and the Chris Hani and Joe Gqabi District Municipalities. Companies who satisfy the following criteria are eligible to submit RFQs:
a) B-BBEE Level 1 or 2 contributor.
b) Exempted Micro Enterprise (EME) or Qualifying Small Enterprise (QSE).
c) Registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD).
d) Registered with the Construction Education and Training Authority (CETA) and / or the Department of Higher Education & Training (DHET) as a company as well as staff registrations as per below:
