The AFMS Group (Pty) Ltd invites tenderers to submit bids for the following service: RFQ FOR THE 
REFURBISHMENT SERVICES AT THE SOUTH AFRICAN NATIONAL ROADS AGENCY (SOC) LIMITED (SANRAL) EASTERN REGION OFFICE SITUATED AT 24 VAN ECK PLACE, MKONDENI, 
PIETERMARITZBURG

These services are required for the Eastern Region Offices of the South African National Roads 
Agency (SOC) Limited (SANRAL) situated at 24 Van Eck Place, Mkodeni, Pietermaritzburg
RFQ documents may be requested via email from procurement2@fm-solutions.co.za.

Site Visit briefing sessions will be held on the 12 March 2024 (details are in the rfq documents). Only one 
representative per company will be permitted to attend.

The bids will be evaluated on the 80/20 preferential points system, as per the Preferential Procurement 
Regulations, 2022.

Late submissions will not be accepted.
