 TENDER BRIEFING: 
A Compulsory tender clarification briefing presentation will be held at the Kokstad Town Hall on, 
- For T9: TCC Carports Bases & Structural Steelwork Roof Structure– Monday, 25 March 2024 arrivals at 8:30am for 9:00am. 
- For B15.4&5: Kerb and Channels Installation – Monday, 25 March 2024 arrivals at 10:30am for 11:00am. 
- For B15.6: Kerb and Channels Installation – Monday, 25 March 2024 arrivals at 13:30pm for 14:00pm. 
- For C9.2&3: Construction of Down Chute and Inlet & Outlet Structures– Tuesday, 26 March 2024 arrivals at 8:30am for 9:00am. 
- For C12.2&3: Concrete lined Drains – Tuesday, 26 March 2024 arrivals at 10:30am for 11:00am. 
- For C12.4: Concrete lined Drains – Tuesday, 26 March 2024 arrivals at 13:30pm for 14:00pm. 
- Pre-tender training will be available – Monday, 25 March 2024 from 09:45am to 10:30 am, 11:45 – 12:30 and 14:45 – 15:30

TENDERER DOCUMENT:

Electronic copies of the tender documents T9 and B15.6 and C12.4 will be available from Friday, 15 March 2024, until 27 March 2024 from 10:00am till 16:00pm
