A Compulsory tender clarification briefing presentation will be held at the Kokstad Town Hall on, 
- For F1.6-F1.7: CD Sidewalks – Tuesday, 7 May 2024 arrivals at 8:30am for 9:00am. 
- For B14.6: Sidewalks– Tuesday, 7 May 2024 arrivals at 10:30am for 11:00am. 
- For B14.3, 4 &.5: Sidewalks– Tuesday, 7 May 2024 arrivals at 12:30pm for 13:00pm. 
- For F3.6: CD Ancillary Work – Wednesday, 8 May 2024 arrivals at 8:30am for 9:00am. 
- For C7 – C8: Guardrails – Wednesday, 8 May 2024 arrivals at 10:30am for 11:00am. 
- For C12.4: Concrete lined Drains – Wednesday, 8 May 2024 arrivals at 12:30pm for 13:00pm. 
- Pre-tender training will be available:

Electronic copies of the tender documents F1.6-F1.7, B14.6, F3.6, C7-C8 and C12.4 will be available from Friday, 3 May 2024 until 10 May 2024 from 10:00am till 16:00pm.

Hard Copy Tender collections & submissions can be collected or dropped at the H&I construction site office. No electronic submissions will be accepted.
