NATIONAL ROUTE R30, SECTION 1, GLEN LYON INTERSECTION KM 0.00 TO KM 20.00 AND NATIONAL ROUTE R30, SECTION 1 KM 20.00 TO SECTION 2 BRANDFORT NORTH KM 5.2, endorsed by The South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL). This project is in the province of THE FREE STATE in the MASILONAYNA AND MANGAUNG LOCAL MUNICIPALITIES

NO R.030-010-2021/1 AND R.030-012-2019/1 SP 2 For SUPPLY OF BITUMANOUS PRODUCTS

The approximate duration varies.

Only tenderers who comply with the definition of a Targeted Enterprise under clause 4.1.1 and are at least 51% Black owned and who is an EME or QSE or cooperative, are eligible to tender. Only tenderers that meet all the eligibility criteria under clause 4.1.1 of the Tender Data will be considered.

Only tenderers who meet the minimum functionality score as stated in clause 5.11.9 will be evaluated further on price and preference.

Tenderers attention is drawn to clause 4.1.1 of the Tender Data when submitting their tender regarding CIDB Rating.

Tenders from tenderers registered as potentially emerging enterprises, but with a CIDB contractor grading designation lower than a contractor grading designation determined in accordance with the sum tendered, or a value determined in accordance with Regulation 25(1B) or 25(7A) of the Construction Industry Development Regulations, will not be accepted.

Only locally produced or locally manufactured products and components for construction will be considered. Preferences are offered to tenderers who comply with the criteria stated in the Tender Data.

SUBCONTRACT TENDER DOCUMENTS

Tender documents are available : - At no cost in electronic format via e-mail OR a link to be supplied. Tenderers must have access to Microsoft Office © 2013 and Acrobat Adobe © 9.0, or similar compatible software.

TENDERERS’ BRIEFING AND TRAINING

A tender clarification briefing presentation will be held on Friday, June 10 th, 2022 at Brandfort Town Hall at 9h00. All contractors wishing to attend the meeting should RSVP before June 9th, 2022 at 16h00 by e-mailing their company name and name of company representative to bfn@actop.co.za.

COMPLETION AND DELIVERY OF TENDERS

The closing time for receipt of tenders is 12H00 on , June 23rd , 2022.
