The RAF seeks to appoint a Research Service Provider with at least five (5) years’ experience in leading successful Marketing and Organizational Research Projects.

The Scope of Work will include the following:

Understand the RAF business and utilize the data and findings to recommend business improvements.

Link the RAF Strategic Objectives and Annual Performance Plan with planned research activities.

Innovative approach to answering research problem statements.

Delivery of consumer insights and translating thereof into:

Compelling marketing propositions;

Marketing strategies;

Customer experience enhancing solutions; and

Business strategies and initiatives;

Delivering quality research insights.

Effective questionnaire design, data modelling, sampling and weighting technology.

Quality Data Collection Techniques and Data Quality Controls.

Clear and concise Research Report with due consideration of cost effective solutions.

At the end of each Research Study, the Service Provider is required to present the Researc h

findings to the RAF Management Team.

Advise RAF on the latest developments and trends within the research field that would propel the

organization forward.
