TENDER PRE-REQUISITES

1.Only tenderers who comply with the definition of a Targeted Enterprise under clause 4.1.1 and are at least 51% Black owned and who is an EME or QSE or co-operative, are eligible to tender.
2.In addition, preference will be given to Targeted Enterprises that are at least 51% owned by Black people who are Youth.
3.CIDB contractor grading designation of 5SK/5CE.
4.Should the tenderer not receive contact from RUMDEL(PTY)LTD within 30 days from the closing date of the tender, the tenderer must consider his submission unsuccessful.
5.Tenderers to note that should they be awarded; they will be provided with a CIDB Grade 1CE Contractor with whom they will have to work with on the project and provide mentorship to. The exact terms will be negotiated upon contract award.
