TENDER BRIEFING:
A Compulsory tender clarification briefing presentation will be held at the Kokstad Town Hall on,
-For B4.2 & B4.3: Road Reserve Fencing – Monday, 24 June 2024 arrivals at 8:30am for 9:00am.
- For C11: Permanent Road Marking – Monday, 24 June 2024 arrivals at 10:30am for 11:00am.
- For B11: Road Sign Installation – Monday, 24 June 2024 arrivals at 12:30pm for 13:00pm.
- For T8.1 & T8.2: TCC Hard Landscaping – Tuesday, 25 June 2024 arrivals at 8:30am for 9:00am.
- For C4: Stone Pitching – Tuesday, 25 June 2024 arrivals at 10:30am for 11:00am.
- Pre-tender training will be available:
- For B4.2 & B4.3: Road Reserve Fencing – Monday, 24 June 2024 from 9:45am to 10:30am.
- For C11: Permanent Road Marking – Monday, 24 June 2024 from 11:45am to 12:30pm.
- For B11: Road Sign Installation – Monday, 24 June 2024 2024 from 13:45pm to 14:30pm.
- For T8.1 & T8.2: TCC Hard Landscaping – Tuesday, 25 June 2024 from 9:45am to 10:30am.

TENDERER DOCUMENT:
Hard Copies of the tender documents B4.2 & B4.3, B11, T8.1 & T8.2 and C4 will be available for collection from Monday, 24 June 2024 until 02 July 2024 from 10:00am till 16:00pm.
Electronic copies of the tender documents C11 will be available from Monday, 24 June 2024 until 02 July 2024 from 10:00am till 16:00pm.

Hard Copy Tender collections & submissions can be collected or dropped at the H&I construction site office. No electronic submissions will be accepted.
