TENDER FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF FIRE PROTECTION, FIRE DETECTION AND GAS SUPPRESSION SYSTEMS FOR THE SOUTH AFRICAN NATIONAL ROADS AGENCY (SOC) LIMITED (SANRAL) AT THE NORTHERN REGION OFFICES, 38 IDA STREET, MENLO PARK, PRETORIA FOR A PERIOD OF 36 MONTHS.

Tender Notice

Black Jills Engineers (Pty) Ltd, a Facilities Management service provider for South African National Road Agency (SOC) Limited (SANRAL) Northern Region, hereby invite interested services provider to tender for the rendering of the Maintenance of Fire Protection, Fire Detection and Gas Suppression systems for the South African National Road Agency (SOC) Limited, Northern Region, situated at 38 Ida Street, Menlo Park, Pretoria, for a period of 36 months. 

Preferences are offered to tenderers who comply with the criteria stated in the Tender Data.

 

Only tenderers with a B-BBEE contributor status level of 1, 2, 3 or 4 and at least 51% Black people owned and who is an EME or a QSE or cooperative and are within Gauteng are eligible to tender.

 

Un-incorporated Joint Ventures (JV) will be allowed and must submit a consolidated project specific BBBEE certificate.

Tenderers must submit, via email, the duly completed Form B1.1 Certificate of Intention to Submit a Tender on or before 04 July 2024 at 17h00. Failure to submit this certificate would result in the tenderer not receiving the MS Teams link to attend the virtual briefing session on 05 July 2024 at 10h00 or additional information issued and may result in the tenderer being non-responsive.
