The project entails the slope stabilisation of a road cutting on National Route 2 Section 6 at Hartenbos Hills near Mossel Bay in the Western Cape. The works to be constructed under the contract includes the installation of a soil nailed gabion buttress along a section of the cutting, including ancillary drainage works and the removal and reinstatement of pavement layer works. The South African National Roads Agency SOC limited in association with H&I and TS Joint venture (Main Contractor) hereby issue an Expression of Interest for the first round of three rounds in which packages are grouped together for work opportunities for Subcontractors who meet the minimum below requirements:

1. Valid B-BBEE Certificate            2. Valid CIDB Certificate*

3. Proof of CSD Registration          4. COIDA Certificate

5. Valid SARS tax Clearance Certificate 

*not required as indicated below
