CONTRACT SANRAL N.002-300-2027/2 FOR THE PERIODIC MAINTENANCE ON NATIONAL ROUTE 2 SECTION 30 FROM (KM 44.0) TO MDUNA RIVER (KM 74.3)
T M & S Construction, the main contractor for The South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL) contract SANRAL N.002-300-2027/2 invites subcontractors to tender for The Periodic Maintenance on National Route 2 Section 30 from (Km 44.0) to Mduna River (Km 74.3). This project is in the province of KwaZulu-Natal in the district municipality of Umkhanyakude and local municipality of The Big 5 Hlabisa. The approximate duration for the different work packages will vary. Only tenderers who are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database at the closing date for tender submissions and who comply with the definition of a Targeted Enterprise under clause C.2.1.1 and are at least 51% Black owned and who is an EME or QSE or cooperative, are eligible to tender. Only tenderers that meet all the eligibility criteria under clause C.2.1.1 of the Tender Data will be considered. Only tenderers who meet the minimum functionality score as stated in clause C.3.11 will be evaluated further on price and preference.

Proof of Local Residence
Tenderers must attend a compulsory briefing session and attain a signed off briefing certificate and attendance register in the name of the attending entity. A compulsory tender briefing shall be conducted at Phumlani Community Hall in Hluhluwe on 26 August 2024 at10:00am. Tenderers who previously attended a site briefing session held on the 14th and 15th August 2024 are exempted from attending. Revised Tender documents will be available on Thursday 22 August 2024 and can be sent to tenderers upon request via email. Closing date of submission for 1&2CE will be on 2 Sept 2024, 3&4CE on 3 Sept 2024 and 5CE/higher on 4 Sept 2024.
