FOR THE IMPROVEMENT ON NATIONAL ROAD R52 SECTION 3 FROM KOSTER (KM 0.0) TO N4 RUSTENBURG (KM 38.70)

 

TENDER BRIEFING MEETING

A compulsory tender briefing session will be held on Monday 9 September 2024 at 10h00.      No late attendance will be entertained.

 An attendance register will be completed starting from 09h30.

 Location of tender briefing meeting:

Mandatory tender training will be conducted during the clarification meeting.

TENDER CLOSURE

Submissions will not be permitted later than Monday 23 September 2024 at 10h00.

All submissions to be submitted in the following order:

 

  1. Form of Offer (Hardcopy)
  2. All returnable schedules and attachments (Soft Copy/Electronic)
  3. BOQ/Pricing Schedule (Soft Copy/Electronic)
  4. Summary of Pricing Schedule (Hardcopy)

 

Place and seal the completed tender document in an envelope clearly marked “TENDER” and bearing the tenderer’s name, physical address and contact number, the tender subcontract number and description, the tenderer’s name, the tenderer’s physical address and contact telephone numbers.
