TENDER FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND UPKEEP OF THE EXISTING ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS AT THE SOUTH AFRICAN NATIONAL ROADS AGENCY (SOC) LIMITED (SANRAL) EASTERN CAPE PROVINCE OFFICES

Zutari (Pty) Ltd invites Tenders for the maintenance and upkeep of the HVAC & BMS Systems at the Eastern Cape Province Office of the South African National Roads Agency (SOC) Limited (SANRAL), for a period of three years (36 months)

In terms of the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, 2000 and Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2017:

1. Tenders will only be accepted from tenderers with a B-BBEE level of 1 to 4.
2. Tenderers must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and hold a valid tax clearance certificate
3. The tenderer must provide proof of their CIBD registration – level 3EB or 3EB PE or greater
4. Provide proof of Potential Emerging Contractor (PE Status) changing of level of CIBD Grading
5. A 80/20 preference point system will be applied for this tender.
6. Tenders will be evaluated on the functionality offered by the tenderer.
7. Tenderers will be required to demonstrate knowledge and expertise in their applications for this tender.
8. Evaluation criteria, as contained and explained in this tender document will be measured objectively and points awarded for each criterion.
9. The minimum threshold needed to qualify for the financial opening, will be 70 points. Any tender scoring below this threshold, will be considered as a non-responsive tender and will not be evaluated further.
10. Each tender that obtains the minimum qualifying score of 70 points will be evaluated further on price and preference.

A compulsory briefing meeting with representatives of Zutari (Pty) Ltd will take place at SANRAL’s Eastern Cape Province Office located at, No. 20 Shoreward Drive, Baywest, Port Elizabeth 24^th July 2026 at 09:30 for 10:00.

No person arriving after 10h00 will be allowed to join the meeting.

Zutari (Pty) Ltd shall be under no obligation to accept the lowest, or any Tender.
